• Log into your account. If you wish to select your orders before logging in, you can - we will prompt you to login at a later time in the transaction.
• Choose your desired garment through our shopping categories. Add the item you wish into your Shopping Bag by clicking the 'Add to Bag' button. Please do check the items, quantities and sizes you have chosen to make sure they are exactly what you wish to buy.
• Go to your Shopping Bag link and click the Checkout button. Follow through the steps, including filling out the appropriate information.
• Click the Checkout button again. You have now completed your order for us to process and ship.

How secure is your website?
We have created a secure transaction environment for commerce on the Internet. Our e-commerce system uses Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL) to ensure your shopping experience is safe, sound and secure at all times.

SSL locks all information passed from you to MS. READ in an encrypted envelope. This makes it almost impossible to be intercepted by an unauthorized party, as long as your browser and local network support the use of encrypted data transmissions.

SSL is the system that is used by all reputable e-commerce sites. The industry standard for encryption technology, SSL is compatible with Netscape, Internet Explorer, AOL and almost all up-to-date browsers.

How long is my MS. READ Card valid?
Your card is valid for one (1) year.

Can I really get 10% off all items storewide, and even for discounted items?
Yes, you can enjoy a 10% discount for regular-priced and for further mark-down items, too. The 10% discount is not applicable, however, to Best Value items.

I have just received my MS. READ Card after shopping in a retail outlet. Can I update my online account to get the benefits when I shop in your site?
Yes, you may. After you login into msread.com.my, you will be in your My Account Page. Click on the Update My Account Details link and you will be able to enter the details of your new MS. READ Card. Click 'Submit' and you are done.

My card has expired. Can I renew my membership?
Yes, you can do so by either paying SGD10, or spend SGD180 on a single receipt. Please note that you have a one (1) year window to renew your membership - exceeding this, you will have to make a fresh minimum purchase of SGD250 to get a new card.

What should I do if I lose my Card?
You will need to apply for a replacement Card. Please note that there is an SGD10 fee to replace the Card. Your membership will be valid for one (1) year from the date of the replacement.

A minimum purchase of SGD250 of the equivalent to qualify for the Card is too expensive. Can you please lower the amount?
We feel that the requirement of a purchase of at least SGD250 in a single receipt is not an unreasonable condition for qualification of the MS. READ Card. This is because, once obtained, the Card enables the holder to enjoy year-round 10% discounts. This discount is still applicable at boutiques even during Sale periods. This minimum of SGD250 or the equivalent is a one-time expense for a lifetime of benefits. When the Card expires, applicable renewal fees are only SGD10 or the equivalent per year or free with minimum purchase of SGD175 or the equivalent in a single receipt*. We feel that the required minimum purchase is outweighed by the eventual benefits – benefits that a customer would enjoy even if subsequent purchases are less than SGD250.
